As we have learned thus far, dealing with your feelings and emotions are draining activities that can leave you feeling hopeless and alone initially. Overcoming these low points of your day will help uplift your heart with a level of peace that you may have once thought was not meant for you. You deserve to be happy, and understanding how to teach yourself to be loved again is what you will realize once you start to believe in yourself.
Being loved, loving yourself, and feeling loved is essentially the core of what you will need to establish as a strong foundation for turning the corner on negative thoughts and emotions in your life. Abuse is a serious and sensitive subject. Not everyone is able to deal with the pain associated with abuse, and many do not understand truly what someone who deals with this pain on a daily basis actually is dealing with. Michael Bluemling Jr. is an inspirational speaker, and also the founder of Power of One, LLC., which specializes in personal and professional empowerment. He is a surviving victim of severe abused he endured as a child, and is also a 50% disabled veteran.
