Abused at Birth

My birth parents abused me very badly as a baby and didn’t feed me. I’ve been told that if it wasn’t for our next-door-neighbors I probably would have died from the way I was being treated. I’m now 13 years old and God has blessed me by helping me through the pain and suffering. I was taken out of my parents home when I was 1 year old. I am now adopted and living with a family that loves me and takes care of me. Please, if you see, hear or even think that someone is being abused or neglected, please report it.
