This year, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, Childhelp is participating in #GivingTuesday, a day that is dedicated to the generosity and the philanthropic spirit among communities across the globe.

#GivingTuesday is a movement that inspires change in how people think, talk about and participate in the giving season. This global initiative has transformed the holidays with hope. It has inspired giving around the world, resulting in greater donations, volunteer hours, and activities that have brought about real change in communities. Businesses, charities, and families promote this as a day to give back. We invite you to join the movement, to celebrate generosity and to give.

How can you help?

  • A $5 gift helps a student receive Childhelp Speak Up Be Safe prevention education
  • A $10 gift funds one life-saving outreach to the Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline
  • Make a donation in any amount – every contribution directly impacts our children
  • Donate new and unused toys or clothes – providing these items can be a struggle for many low-income families. Bring or ship these new and unused toys or clothes to Childhelp, c/o #GivingTuesday, 6730 N Scottsdale Road, Suite 150, Scottsdale, AZ 85253

During the holidays, a seemingly joyful time is often one of risk for children in dangerous households. This can be the busiest season for agencies working with families as stress rises and incidences of abuse increase.

Survivors can be triggered during this season when PTSD symptoms are triggered. From intervening with a child in crisis to counseling a troubled survivor in the middle of the night, our crisis counselors are waiting to help hearts in need.

We hope friends of Childhelp will share their commitment and join the movement today. Help us give thanks, give hope, and give children back their dreams.
