The Greater Phoenix Chapter supports Childhelp through local program support and fundraising efforts. The Childhelp Children’s Center of Arizona is located in Phoenix therefore it serves as the focus of our program support. The Childhelp Children’s Center of Arizona Dedicated to Linda Pope has served abused and neglected children by providing treatment, intervention, and investigation services in a child-friendly and child-centric environment.

The Chapter’s major annual fundraiser event is “25 Men Who Think They Can Cook” which has successfully raised funds to support Childhelp’s mission and programs. Below provides an overview of the Chapter’s volunteer opportunities:

Local Program Support

Childhelp Children’s Center of Arizona
  • Toy Closet Organization
  • Toy Drive Collection, Sorting, Drop-off
  • Center Seasonal Decorating
  • Center Administrative Volunteer Opportunities (sorting toys, food, clothing items, etc.)
  • Fulfilling ad hoc Center needs (i.e. clothing items, teen bags, holiday family gifting)
  • Thank you goodies and notes to Childhelp Staff and our partners at the Childhelp Children’s Center of Arizona
