Foster Care in California
More than 100,000 children are in California’s foster care system, many waiting for safe and supportive homes. For over 30 years, Childhelp’s Foster Care Program of California have:
- Actively recruited, trained, and approved foster families
- Served children across Southern California from offices in Los Angeles and San Bernardino
- Provided every foster child with a dedicated clinical coordinator for weekly case management and individual or family counseling
- Offered crisis intervention services and monitored medical, dental, developmental, and educational needs
- Continued to support families after placement with resources and referrals

Foster Care in Tennessee
Since opening in 1999, the Childhelp Foster Family Agency of East Tennessee has been committed to building healthy, loving relationships between children and families. Our Tennessee program:
- Serves foster children across 16+ counties, including Knox, Blount, Anderson, Sevier, and more
- Received national accreditation from the Council of Accreditation (COA) in 2009
- Holds a state contract to serve foster children through the Tennessee program
- Provides case management and training to help families support each child’s healing and growth
- Creates individualized treatment plans that may include therapy, supervised visits with biological parents, and tailored educational or developmental support
